Shipping Policy
    •  FREE local delivery for orders over $75 in Richmond, downtown, and Vancouver West.
    • Greater Vancouver Area: $ 7 Flat rate shipping for order under $75.
    • Northern and Eastern Canada: $18 Flat Rate shipping on order under $75.
    • Free shipping on all orders within Canada if the purchase amount is $125+.
    • Waiting time is too long? We got you! You can choose Canada post Xpresspost which is 1-3 business day. The shipping rate are based on your address and the weight and dimensions of your order.
Pick up:

  If you live in the Greater Vancouver and want to pick up your item, please choose the pickup option at the checkout.  We will notify you when the item is ready for pickup.  The pickup location is: 8298 St George St, Vancouver  V5X 0A5

*Please note when you use discount codes, the free shipping policy only applies to orders after the discount gets deducted.

  • Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days and shipping will take 1-8 business days, depending on your location. 
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be uploaded. 
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.   
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.
  • For Local delivery, after you place your order, you will receive another email when you order is ready to be delivered.

Return and Exchange Policy 

If you are not happy with your order, no problem! We will offer Full refund, exchange or store credit. 

1.  Items can be shipped or dropped off at our Vancouver location. The items should be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery and they should be returned unwashed, unworn with original Minimore Tags.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping charge

2.  Print and fill the return form and send it with the item you want to return 
  • We highly recommend that you choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Minimore is not responsible for any lost return packages.

3.  Please ship to: 3206 W33rd Ave. Vancouver. BC. V6N2G9 

4.  After your return is accepted by Minimore, please allow up to 5 business days to complete the authorization process. Once your return is processed, you will received a confirmation email with the store credit on your Minimore account.  

Notes: 

  • If you wish to make a change to or cancel your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request.  However, order cancellation will not be possible once your items have been shipped. 
  • No price adjustments. 
  • We try our best to research each piece in-house but we do not guarantee authenticity of any brands.
  • Customers are responsible for any exchange and return shipping costs.  
  • Postage must be paid by the sender and won’t be refunded by Minimore 
  • Original shipping charge is not refundable. 
  • We reserve the right to deny it if the returned item does not meet our return requirement. 
  • Swim wear is final sale. 
  • All sale items are final sale.
